Specialist Mentoring 

Our one-to-one specialist mentoring service provides mentors with the experience and expertise to support young people to reach their full potential.

Workshops & Programmes

Wipers specialises in delivering programmes and workshops for young people, with particular expertise in delivering tailor-made intervention programmes for hard-to-reach young people involved in offending behaviour.

The KickBack Project

The Kickback Project is violence reduction initiative funded by the My Ends VRU programme. Wipers are the lead partner for community-led grassroots consortium dedicated to reducing violence, providing positive activities and increasing opportunities for young people. 

Learning & Development

Our training and consultancy services have merged with an exciting new venture - The Learning and Development Hub, which offers e-learning and in-person courses, youth advocacy and expert witnesses.
