A recent collaboration between Soapbox and mental health charity Mind provided our Wipers Youth Ambassadors with an inspirational presentation on mental health awareness.
The session was designed to highlight what good mental health looks like, while providing knowledge, resources and how to access support concerning problems with their mental health.
Our ambassadors reported feeling empowered by the session, having had the confidence to reflect upon their own mental health in a safe space #MentalHealthMatters
