I am proud to be a Youth Engagement Worker at Wipers, where I use my lived experience to support and mentor young people. Having personally gone through youth services and benefited from mentorship, I understand the impact that guidance and positive support can have in shaping a young person’s future. This experience

was the driving force behind my passion for youth work.

As the first Wipers apprentice, I have now progressed to becoming a fully qualified JNC Youth Worker. Throughout my journey, I have been guided and supported by the Wipers team, and I remain committed to continuous growth and development in my practice. My goal is to empower young people, providing them with the same

encouragement and direction that helped me.
