I’m currently the Project Manager at Wipers, leading the VRU-funded My Ends programme, which focuses on reducing violence through community-led initiatives. My passion has always been about working with young people and communities to create real, lasting change.

Before joining Wipers, I worked across various roles aimed at supporting young people and families. I was the MVP Coordinator for Ealing’s Health Improvement Team, rolling out the Mentors in Violence Prevention programme across high schools, empowering students to stand up against all forms of violence. Prior to that, I was Business Manager at the Brandon Centre, overseeing contracts with local authorities and managing key relationships, including with the Youth Endowment Fund.

My early career was rooted in frontline social work, including child protection in Haringey and as an MST Therapist supporting families through complex challenges. Outside of work, I’m all about football and spending quality time with my kids.
